BOARD MEMBERS!
This weekend will serve as our Annual Meeting where we will review our objectives, and progress in 2017. We will talk about our goals for 2018, review our budget, and bylaws. This year we have added a couple of new elements to our schedule as we have decided to provide a 2017 overview presentation Friday night at 5 PM. Then Saturday morning after breakfast we will gather to discuss our 2018 budget and objectives and review our updated bylaws. Immediately following the lunch we will meet in small committee’s to go over any special projects.
At this meeting, we will not be voting on our 2018 budget, however, we are leaning on you help us make sure that we have set the best course possible for plotting the future. You will have time after the conference to review the materials we have discussed and talk to each other so that we can vote on the 2018 budget a couple weeks after the event.
All meals throughout the event will be provided by our sponsors during group presentations. We would like to invite you to take this time to meet the patients in attendance and learn more about their story and thank our sponsors for their support.
We believe this will be an incredibly productive weekend and can’t wait to see you there.
