Conference Check in

Please check-in at the Hope Conference table to get your conference materials and name badge. Photo identification is required to pick up your badge and conference materials. Name badges are required for admittance to all conference activities such as meals and sessions.
Conference check-in will be at the following times and locations:
Wednesday, November 1, 2023
Time: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Location: 9500 Grand Sandestin Blvd., Miramar Beach, FL 32550
NOTE: If you arrive between 9AM-6PM on Nov 1st, you are expected to checkin for the conference on this date. Anyone who arrives after 6PM on Nov 1st may check-in for Conference the following morning (see time and location listed below).

Hope Night is an exciting time to celebrate all the amazing work our community has done to help people living with bleeding disorders through resources, education, and community. This award ceremony night is an elegant experience you do not want to miss!

NOTE: This event is for our adult attendees. Kids and teens (ages 5-17) have their own fun night celebration hosted in the Kids/Teens Program during this time (see program information listed below).

Our Kids & Teens Program is for ages 5-17 years old. This program is packed with fun tailored to each age group. 
Please note:
 For security reasons, anyone picking up minors from the program must be listed as an approved checkout person for that minor, and must provide a photo ID.
 

Please see the schedule below for location, rooms, and check-in/check-out times listed per day. Times and rooms vary by day.
This program is available Thursday and Friday only.
