To help us better advocate for you and your loved ones, we want to gain a clearer understanding of the real challenges patients and families encounter when trying to access treatment and care. If you’ve run into difficulties with insurance coverage, pharmacy access, or unexpected out-of-pocket costs, we’d truly appreciate you sharing your experience with us.
HOPE IS ADVOCATING FOR CHANGE
Hope supports access to care for people living with a chronic illness and rare disorder. Our advocacy efforts with PBM reform, Medicaid unwinding, and alternative funding models will raise awareness and seek to positively impact quality of life for people living with a rare disorder. Our advocacy efforts at Hope will include a quarterly newsletter, quarterly webinar, HOPE on the Hill which is a community fly-in with congressional reception, advocacy-focused podcasts, and an advocacy track at Hope Conference.
